Family Readiness is a term used to refer to military families preparing for service-related deployments. Historically, Family Readiness has been for spouses and children but more recently the Marine Corps has embraced the idea of Family Readiness for the parents and extended family members of the Marine.

The goal of this web site is to provide family members with resources and accurate information about Family Readiness terminology, recources, deployment information and appropriate venues for family members to contact the Marine Corps.
